Cancellation

Our intention is to move every order into fulfillment as quickly and smoothly as possible so that products can begin their journey to you without unnecessary delay. As soon as an order is completed, it is automatically transmitted to our Fulfillment Center and placed into the processing and packing workflow. Because this system operates immediately, orders cannot be edited once they have been submitted. This means we are unable to change items, adjust quantities or sizes, update payment information, modify billing or shipping addresses, or cancel an order after checkout. Taking a few extra moments to carefully review your cart and details before finalizing a purchase is therefore essential.

Customers are encouraged to confirm that all product selections, measurements, quantities, and personal information are correct prior to placing an order. Verifying these details ahead of time helps prevent issues that cannot be corrected later and allows our team to prepare shipments efficiently without interruptions.

To support a fair shopping environment for all customers, purchase limits may be placed on certain items. These limits are intended to give as many people as possible an opportunity to purchase popular, limited, or exclusive products. We reserve the right to monitor transactions and restrict quantities when necessary, including identifying and blocking orders that appear to be placed through automated software, bots, or other methods designed to gain an unfair advantage.

Quantity limits may be applied in a variety of ways, including per order, per customer, or per household. In some situations, shared information such as payment method, billing address, shipping address, email address, or other order details may be used to determine whether multiple purchases are connected. These measures help ensure that inventory is distributed as evenly as possible and that products remain accessible to the broader community.

Orders that exceed stated limits or appear to violate purchasing guidelines may be canceled, even if they have already been submitted. If a cancellation occurs, a temporary authorization charge may still appear on the payment account. Such pending charges are usually reversed within three to seven business days, depending on the policies of the customer’s bank or card issuer.

Efforts to bypass purchase restrictions are taken seriously. Using multiple accounts, altering personal or delivery information to appear as different buyers, submitting numerous duplicate orders, or employing other tactics intended to avoid limits may result in the cancellation of all related orders. Repeated or severe violations may also lead to restrictions on future purchasing access.

Orders considered bulk purchases are subject to additional review. Bulk orders typically include more than six units of the same product or are placed with the intent to resell. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or cancel these orders, and special terms may apply. Bulk purchases may not be eligible for standard promotions or discount codes, and additional shipping or handling charges could be required due to increased logistical demands.

These guidelines are designed to promote efficiency, fairness, and accessibility for everyone. By reviewing order details carefully and respecting purchase limits, customers help create a smoother ordering process and a more positive experience for the entire community.
